1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Churchfeed, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Churchfeed provides a platform for church graphic designers to find, save, and organize design inspiration. We provide this service to you subject to the following Terms of Service, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you.

3. User Accounts

In order to access certain features of the service, you will need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Content

Our service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. You are responsible for the content that you post to the service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Churchfeed and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Churchfeed, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; or (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
